Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Site Manager to deliver a £15M, new build, student accommodation scheme on a key development site in Sheffield city centre.


You will be overseeing the development of an 8-storey, 289 bed student building that offers bespoke purpose-built self-contained studios, social spaces and communal areas. The project is due to commence in March 2019 with a completion date of August 2020.

Your role in this landmark project:

The Site Manager will work as part of the site management team to successfully deliver a high quality, student living scheme. The successful candidate will work with the site team to manage the development of the scheme right through to completion. They will ensure that the project is safely delivered on time, to budget and achieves the highest level of client satisfaction. Supporting the Project Manager, the role will involve the co-ordination of all site employees and supply chain in a planned and controlled manner. The Site Manager will ensure compliance with current legislation and the company’s health, safety and environmental responsibilities in line with the Integrated Management System.
