KEY SKILLS • Comprehensive (12+ year) HR generalist experience with utilised knowledge and experience of HR Practice including, Employee Engagement Programmes, NLP Coaching, Learning & Development and Providing Employment Legislation (CPP Qualified) • Excellent Recruitment and Selection Skills – managing the recruitment process, running successful recruitment events, screening applicants from interview to offer stage • Extensive secretarial (PA) and administrative skills, including implementing and maintaining computerised and manual systems and the organisation of company meetings, functions and events • Excellent customer/client service skills, including building and maintaining strong rapport internally and externally • Efficient time-management skills with the ability to organise a heavy or demanding workload • Complaint handling and able to deal efficiently and diplomatically with emotive situations • Designing and delivering extensive training programmes to all levels of staff • Fully aware of all aspects of Client Confidentiality and Data Protection • Supervision / training of staff with the ability to motivate others to reach their full potential • Computer Literate – proficient user of Microsoft Office - Copy typing (60+ wpm)
