We are seeking to appoint capable individuals who will manage multiple precast flooring contracts throughout GB. The core responsibilities of the role involves carrying out regular site visits for the submission of accurate risk assessments and method statements prior to delivery on site, agreeing site programmes, communicating daily with design, production & dispatch to ensure safe, successful delivery and profitable return on each contract. The successful candidate will proactively manage site costs and performance against budget and have overall responsibility for leading the installation teams to meet daily programmes and H&S standards.
This role will require the successful candidate to be flexible to travel to England approximately two days per week, however based at our head office in Toome thereafter.
